Spring 2013: The Industrial Design senior class worked on a project in collaboration with the Geography, Archeology and Engineering departments to commercialize remote sensing UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) for surveying terrain. Groups were formed around different aspects of the project to allow every student to be involved in the process. The four groups were: user experience, packaging, launch & recovery and documentation.
